Financial Reports & Budgets

The City Secretary provides for the processing of all financial data in a timely and cost-effective manner. This allows the City Council to monitor budgetary requirements, invest funds, and to comply with all local, state and federal laws.  

Financial Reports and Budgets are presented, re-evaluated and voted on annually. Proposed Budget documents reflect the financial plan to be presented for the next fiscal year. The Final Budget includes the Proposed Budget plus changes made for budget and purchase order carryovers.

A Public Hearing regarding the proposed Budget is held each year before the Budget is approved in March.  You can obtain a copy of the proposed Budget before the hearing for your review.  Public comments and questions will be addressed at the hearing.
